Challenge: As the client expanded, they realized that a true CRM system was needed instead of just a “contact management” system.  However, the initial implementation by another Partner failed.  The initial goal of the client was to use a CRM system to manage all aspects of implantable device life cycle, from manufacturing through implantation scheduling and claims management, while integrating with the Dynamics GP accounting solution

Solution:  Idea Dynamics Solutions was brought in to “clean up” the failed CRM implementation by a previous Partner, and immediately implemented:

  1. Custom workflow solutions that not only manage the flow of information within CRM, but also the flow of financial information between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  2. A rules integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP and InRule (a rules engine specifically chosen by Idea Dynamics Solutions for the client) for the management of the complex claims process associated pricing around implant devices.
  3. Solution supports 50+ concurrent users
